It's been more than a year now since I last made any real updates for the website. Not much has happened really. Actually it's been rather quiet for our little noise label. What's up with that? I haven't got a lot of mail lately. A couple of years ago I would get flooded with so much mail every month that there wouldn't be enough time to reply on a timely manner. My theory is that the website alone is not enough for running an underground label such as this. It does help in some way, but it's still the flyers circulated through the mail that gets the real attention. And so yeah I will be making flyers and maybe yearly catalogs pretty soon. Watch out for those hitting your mailboxes anyone who I've been in contact with, please help me spread them around.

As far as releases go, I have the latest cdr from Italy's Morva. It's called "Uselessness Champion" and it's one amazing noise/experimental album. Morva has been one of my favorite Italian noise acts ever since hearing his limited edition black album. Check out this cdr by clicking here. Next I have Japan's Kei Yokota's Ero-Hage "#2" cdr. You might recognize him from such well-known experimental outfits like Outermost, Scab, Fat Elvis and Electric Sap. Without a doubt Kei is one hard working noise artist. And on Ero-Hage he picks up a broken electric guitar and thrashes away creating demented lullabyes for us all. This is definitely worth picking up. Check it out here. Fever Spoor from Holland also graced us with one chaotic noise/industrial cdr entitled "Guilty Of Everything." Along with Monobrain from that country, Fever Spoor has been churning out weird harsh noise creations for some time now. He also runs Anima Mal Nata Recordings and all I can say is that he's got some of the most cool looking artworks ever in the underground noise scene. Everytime I play any of his releases I would just stare at the packaging for hours admiring it. Check out Fever Spoor's paranoia-inducing release here. Finally, I have brought to cdr format a split tape I've recorded with Le Petit Mort for Smell The Stench Tapes based in Australia. These are some of the last remaining tracks I've created as Insomnia. It's an honor doing this release along with Le Petit Mort who truly are some of the better newer noise acts out there. Digitally remastered and repackaged to cdr format by yours truly. Check it out here.

So that's all for now folks. Keep them emails and snail mails coming please. Let's keep Mandarangan Recordings and the underground noise/experimental community alive. Watch out for my band Incapacitate's new album coming out hopefully this year. Noise for life!!
